Senior Account Manager - BSWH Dallas Healthcare - Visitor Management

SUMMARY Senior Account Manager – Towne Park Responsible for overseer one Tier 3 or 4 account and its organizational chart. Drives financial performance, guest and client satisfaction, and business development objectives. Reports to the Area or District Manager and ensures corporate initiatives and Towne Park culture are reflected in account operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 20% Recruit, hire, and retain staff; conduct orientation, training, and performance coaching. Foster an environment that retains talented associates. 10% Ensure consistent guest/patient service on all shifts. Allocate labor resources and forecast staffing needs with Human Resources. 15% Build relationships with client staff, maintain regular meetings, and support client loyalty and net promoter actions. 15% Utilize Towne Park systems to control assets, train staff, keep a clean work environment, and maintain confidentiality. 15% Follow safety and security procedures, report incidents, and enforce disciplinary processes. 15% Prioritize client activities, track opportunities, and communicate client changes to leadership and sales teams. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university. Licensure & Certification: Must be able to drive a manual transmission, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination. Knowledge: General business practices (accounting, human resources, customer service). Skills: Strategic planning, prioritization, and multitasking under pressure. Strong work ethic, drive, and persistence. Stability, dependability, and professionalism. Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and point‑of‑sale applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Cross‑cultural awareness and professionalism. Analytical ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and training materials. Professional internal and external business communications. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual base pay: $80,000 – $90,000. Eligible for annual incentive bonuses based on classification and policy guidelines. PTO accrual of 0.0385 hours per hour worked, up to 80 hours yearly, plus 6 paid holidays and up to 4 floating holidays.
