About the applicant

• Called to serve in missions

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong numerical accuracy

• Experienced in accounting software, experience in QuickBooks and Donor Perfect are ideal

• Skilled in financial record-keeping and report generation

• Trustworthy and committed to financial stewardship and accountability

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ACH/credit card processing

How One Will Serve

• Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks

• Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules

• Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements

• Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts

• Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses

• Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation

• Track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges

• Support financial reporting and maintain accurate donation records

• This role provides a support-based salary funded through fundraising, with the candidate responsible for developing financial partnerships. The organization provides training, coaching, and administrative support to help build and maintain this support base.
