Why join us Competitive Compensation Employer funded pension Full benefits Remote Flexibility Salary $150,000 - $215,000 per year Job Details Admission to the Bars of the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Demonstrated commitment to employment law litigation, including: Defending against discrimination claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, IHRA, IWA, and similar common law claims. Defending against wage and hour and other class action claims under the FLSA, IMWL, IWPCA, and BIPA. Defending and/or prosecuting trade secret violations and breaches of confidentiality, non‑compete, and non‑solicitation agreements. Experience with motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and summary judgment in state and federal court.
