Job Description Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution Analyze claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal memoranda Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advance cases efficiently Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing 4+ years of employment law litigation experience Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team environment Backgrounds in plaintiff, defense, in‑house, or solo practice are welcome Why You Will Love Working Here You will work in a supportive, results‑driven culture that values high‑quality work and professional growth.
