Four Corners is seeking a Staff Accountant who will support and assist the accounting team with general accounting processes and data entries. As a leading hospitality group, we pride ourselves on promoting an environment that encourages collaboration, communication, personal, and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable will be a major weekly focus
• Review and approve invoices entered by location managers
• Data and invoice entry into accounting software (Restaurant365)
• Create and upload epayments, as well as issue checks for manual payments
• Assist with full cycle accounting/month end close process for 4-6 restaurant/bar locations
• Bank reconciliations
• Account reconciliations
• Revenue and profit & loss reviews
• Work with various departments to obtain supporting information
• Help to analyze accounting results, investigate variances and document findings
• Support the financial reporting processes and communication of results
• Help ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Restaurant365 experience is a plus
• Minimum 1 year in related accounting position
• Proficient in Excel
• Understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Ability to meet regular deadlines and prioritize appropriately as necessary
• Solid communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a group setting
• Dedicated to excellence and is a detailed oriented person
• Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 + bonus potential
