Job Details Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and operation of the Diversion Control Program. Conduct investigative research via the Internet and public record databases. Conduct Customer Due Diligence (DD) and Suspicious Order Monitoring (SOM) Investigations. Monitor and adjust customer OMP parameters, according to Diversion Control Program policy, as required. Act as liaison and maintain contact with Sales and Customer Maintenance departments regarding diversion control concerns, as necessary. Act as liaison with distribution center compliance teams. Generate and review statistical data on a monthly basis, as directed. Assist with DC pre-audit preparation and interviews with state and federal regulators. Assist with targeted, on-site pharmacy visits, as assigned. Assist with internal associate training on the Diversion Control Program to other ABC business units, as assigned. Thoroughly organize and document all investigative and due diligence process results for future retrieval pursuant to the request of regulatory authorities. Collaborate with peers and directors to work through duties and expectations. Document all work in a timely and organized fashion for future retrieval purposes. Willingness to travel. Perform related duties, as assigned. Experience and Educational Requirements Requires broad training in fields such as criminal justice, business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 3 years of industry-related experience. Minimum Skills, Ability and Knowledge Requirements Excellent organization and administrative skills. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and preferably familiarity with SAP. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong research skills. Ability to multi-task. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
