Billing Manager

HeatlhPoint is now hiring for a Billing Manager to oversee the team in our Florence, Kentucky office.


$2,000 Sign on bonus paid after 120 days of continuous employment

HealthPoint Family Care is a private primary care medical, women's health, dental, vision and mental health practice located in Northern and Central Kentucky. The organization employs over 170 highly qualified physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists and support staff who are dedicated to providing care for children, adolescents and adults.

Position Details:

Full-time Monday-Friday

• Oversight and management of up to 15 direct reports working remote and in-office
• Project management of AR
• Daily claims submission
• Staff training and development
• Reporting
• Data analysis to maximize team performance
• Expertise on all payers and positions with ability to work each role as needed to meet goals
• Payer relations
• Denials and appeals management
• Adherence to key performance indicators and standards

3 years management experience in primary care or hospital billing operations

BA degree

CPC preferred
