Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess the needs of children and adolescents, considering factors such as developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based approaches while tailoring interventions to suit each young patient's unique circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy sessions, to address a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists, educators, and other professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to care, maximizing the effectiveness of treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field, preferably with children and adolescents.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience with individual and family therapy, showcasing a compassionate approach to therapeutic relationships.

• Strong communication skills and a talent for establishing rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology utilized for telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus as an incentive to welcome you to our team.
