Senior MuleSoft Developer

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer) to provide 3rd line support and keep MuleSoft solutions stable and reliable. You will troubleshoot P1 incidents on-call when needed and, when there are no open support tasks, help the team with development work and improvements. • Deliver 3rd line support and diagnose software issues using MuleSoft
• Maintain and improve existing software applications
• Participate in customer interviews to collect requirements
• Join project interviews to align on solutions and deliverables
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement system enhancements
• Ensure code quality and execute required testing and debugging
• Create technical specifications and keep related documentation up to date
• Stay current with MuleSoft updates and broader industry trends
• Assist with development activities when support workload allows

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform
• Excellent English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
• Proven track record in a comparable 3rd line support position
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively
• Solid background in maintaining and improving software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams
• Flexibility to work remotely with a high level of independence
