Immigration L Case Manager

Remote/Hybrid Position The office is located in Vista, CA. We can consider candidates from other States. The Case Manager at DYADlaw, P.C. ensures the seamless progression of immigration cases from onboarding through submission to USCIS while maintaining urgency, accountability, accuracy, and proactive client communication throughout the legal process. This role is responsible for managing active caseloads, monitoring deadlines and milestones, coordinating with attorneys and legal staff, and ensuring clients receive timely updates regarding their immigration matters. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, emotional resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. The Case Manager plays a critical role in supporting humanitarian-based immigration cases and ensuring clients receive high-quality service and case support throughout their legal journey.
