Bilingual receptionist

We are seeking a highly energetic, professional, and ethical bilingual Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of our office in the Hialeah/Doral area. This position requires an individual who thrives in a front-desk environment and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, secure, and organized lobby.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Strictly manage and enforce the visitor security sign-in sheet and protocol.
• Professionally answer, screen, and route incoming calls. Take accurate messages and handle inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist with outgoing shipping, courier services, and tracking deliveries.
• Track, order, and organize office supplies. Fully manage the snack inventory, which includes ordering, unpacking, organizing, and setting snacks out for employees.
• Act as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, office vendors, and delivery personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
