Finance Supervisor, Product Development, Science & Technology (PDS&T)

AbbVie seeks a Finance Supervisor for Product Development, Science & Technology to lead financial planning, variance analysis, and management reporting for the PDS&T business unit. The role requires independent execution of month-end close processes, capital planning support, and strategic financial insights to operational leadership.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly variance analysis and develop management reporting schedules for supported areas
Partner with business leaders on reporting, master data, and month-end close issues
Coordinate with Finance Shared Services on monthly close processes and communicate results vs. benchmark
Support capital planning including annual budget and long-range plan development and RCE tracking
Lead ad hoc analysis projects and process improvements as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 6 years of progressive financial or accounting experience
Strong Excel proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SAP, BPC, and Power BI knowledge preferred
