This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining connected to the vibrant educational community in Keswick. You will engage primarily with students in an outpatient setting, with flexible working hours designed to accommodate the school day and occasional evening or weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive mental health support. The role is structured with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, along with opportunities for on-call availability during urgent mental health situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of students, identifying their needs, personal histories, and risk factors that may influence their emotional and academic well-being.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students, addressing mental health challenges while promoting emotional health and social integration.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
