Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to determine the specific needs of each patient and create tailored treatment plans focused on their individual challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and face diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. As a counselor, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, providing personalized and empathetic therapy tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
