Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, and continuously track progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Provide flexible teletherapy options to clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring consistent care regardless of location.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring timely updates on client cases.

• Engage proactively in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training, to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, facilitating their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
