HR Generalist

$75,000-$85,000

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a key HR presence at the plant and support a workforce of 120+ employees.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
Employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
Leave management and HR compliance
Assist with payroll and timecard review
Support employee engagement and performance management

Qualifications:

Manufacturing HR experience required
Strong employee relations and recruiting background
Experience with leave administration
HRIS experience; ADP is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
