Contracts Management Specialist 3

This position manages contracts for the Arizona Department of Transportation from approval through negotiation to closeout, providing technical support to ADOT staff and external agencies on contract procedures. The role involves processing contract modifications, handling payment requests, conducting consultant negotiations, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The position is based in Phoenix and may allow remote work 2 days per week. Key Qualifications Knowledge of federal/state laws and contractual language to ensure contract compliance Skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Google products Experience organizing and prioritizing contract work while monitoring expenditures Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external consultants Preferred: experience in qualifications-based selection processes and architectural/engineering contract management Current, valid driver's license required #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
