Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Red Oak Mental Healthcare, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to understand their needs and challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans through thorough evaluations and collaboration with clients, addressing diverse issues including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and more.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, accommodating a wide range of ages and backgrounds.

• Leading couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and enriching relationships.
\n
• Regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to reflect client progress and changing circumstances.
\n
• Maintaining detailed, accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulations.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during emergencies, demonstrating the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s health and wellness.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and ethical standards in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and couples. This role emphasizes cultural competence, requiring you to be sensitive to the various backgrounds and life experiences of your clients. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual or couples therapy, ideally with both adults and children.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Red Oak Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
