Operations Manager

Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse, delivery, and branch operations. Manage, coach, and develop a team of 15+ employees. Monitor employee performance and maintain accountability standards. Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy. Ensure products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently. Support customer service and resolve escalated customer issues. Manage fleet operations, vehicle readiness, and route efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity. Monitor operational costs and support profitability goals. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. Requirements Previous experience in operations management, branch management, warehouse leadership, or distribution management. Proven experience leading and developing teams. Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge. Experience managing customer service and operational performance. Ability to hold employees accountable and drive results. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with route delivery, fleet management, or service operations preferred. Comfortable working in a hands‑on leadership role. Experience with budgeting, cost control, or P&L management is a plus.
