CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGER

Full Time | In Person | Daniel Island, SC | Non-Clinical Responsibilities Manage, train, and oversee clinical staff regarding patient experience, systems, and operations Optimize scheduling efficiency and maintain strong provider utilization Respond to inbound calls and guide prospective patients toward booking consults or evaluations Maintain organization and accuracy within our CRM (Hubspot) and EMR systems Report and monitor key clinic metrics Build administrative workflows that keep the clinic running smoothly Welcome patients to the clinic and maintain a professional environment Check in with patients throughout their care plan and support review requests Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience; post‑college preferred; healthcare experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Comfortable managing and training employees Ability to identify problems, self‑serve solutions, and drive improvement Proficient at answering phones and discussing services and pricing Strong technology and process‑improvement skills Can manage interruptions while maintaining structure Enjoy being held accountable to measurable results Active, fitness‑forward lifestyle Interested in growth and leadership; would not suit a purely administrative role Salary & Benefits Salary range: $55,000–$80,000 (based on experience) and potential for growth 401(k) with 4% employer match 15–20 days paid time off Continuing education and professional development opportunities This role has meaningful growth potential as we expand to additional clinics; increased responsibility and compensation will follow demonstrated performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Made2movept
