Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Employment Law Attorney to join our plaintiff-side practice. This role focuses on advocating for employees in a wide range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and whistleblower claims.
Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters from inception through trial or settlement
Conduct client intake interviews and case evaluations
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable outcomes
Stay current on employment law developments and apply them strategically
Requirements
Active license and good standing in CA
2–7+ years of employment law experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Trial experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple cases independently
Location: In-person (Burbank, CA)
Employment Type: Full-Time or part time (Flexible)
Compensation: Competitive salary or contract rate + contingency fee bonuses + benefits (for full-time)
