Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Plus: Bonus & Fully Paid for Benefits & Lunch Paid for Daily Location: Hybrid - 4 days in Office, NYC - Midtown West Global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior level professionals on the Investor Relations team. Requirements Heavy calendar management and meeting planning Prepare meeting materials Domestic and international travel planning and expenses Maintaining information in Salesforce First point of contact for clients and prospective clients Any administrative work that will help move the team forward Qualifications 10+ years of relevant admin support experience, financial services required, investor relations support required Must have supported multiple professionals in a fast paced environment Be fluid and flexible and be able to shift priorities as needed Great technical skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook – required; Salesforce and Concur preferred) Strong communication skills both written and verbal Extremely detail oriented Ability to multi-task Be a true team player Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Miller Klein Group, LLC
