VP, AI-Driven Fintech Sales | Scale Early Stage GTM

Encore AI is hiring in New York to lead the North America sales function. You will manage a team of AEs and a sales engineer, selling directly with the CEO into mid-size US banks and lenders. You will codify ICPs, prioritize pipeline, and establish a proof-of-value pilot structure to accelerate deals. You will build reference assets from successful pilots and expand pipeline sources beyond the CEO’s network, while reporting progress to the CEO and board. #J-18808-Ljbffr INSAIT
