Executive Administrative Assistant

Role Description We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position located in Albuquerque, NM (willing to consider remote). This role includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting the local President with scheduling, correspondence, meeting arrangements, and maintaining efficient office operations. Responsibilities also involve report creation and management, event planning, lease facilities management, light payroll duties, communications with professionalism, clerical tasks, and fostering effective communication within the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with experience in maintaining organized and efficient office operations. Proficient in Excel (must know formulas and building spreadsheets), Word, Microsoft Outlook, Canva, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, ensuring professional and effective interactions internally and externally. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with real estate, title, or escrow services is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in business administration or related fields are an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
