Youth Case Navigator & Empowerment Advocate
SWYFS
SWYFS is seeking a Case Manager for the Case Management program to support young people of color who have experienced racial profiling and bias in the legal system. You will build trusting relationships, enroll participants in case management, and develop ISPs reflecting their voices and goals. You will manage 15-20 participants, meet weekly, review ISPs every 90 days, remove barriers, advocate with community agencies, and coordinate services across education, housing, immigration, and public #J-18808-Ljbffr SWYFS
