Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment planning.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate client healing and resilience.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to assure integrated and coordinated care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, following ethical and legal guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
