Here, you will be part of a vibrant team that engages daily with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals. The role encompasses a standard 40-hour work week with varying weekend hours, contributing to a flexible yet structured schedule designed to meet the needs of our patients and community.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations; develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on your findings.Provide ongoing consultations to other healthcare providers regarding patients' care, ensuring continuity and appropriateness of treatment.Maintain the highest standards of customer service by interacting professionally and compassionately with all patients, irrespective of age or cultural background.Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document findings and services rendered in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and support staff, to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services and foster relationships within the community.Participate in professional development activities, including attending workshops and continuing education programs to enhance your clinical expertise.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will directly impact a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic conditions. Our approach emphasizes personalized care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families as you guide them through their rehabilitation journeys.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.A valid State License in Physical Therapy and current BLS certification.Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems.Preferred ExperienceWe are looking for candidates who have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
