Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and psychological tests.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, using evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide one-on-one virtual therapy sessions to adult clients, applying solution-focused techniques to facilitate positive change.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance a caseload effectively.

• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience\n
