Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $25.00 to $32.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate withhiring managers to understand construction staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source and attract qualified candidates. Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage and coordinate interview schedules to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to anticipate future staffing needs. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Possess a strong understanding of infrastructure job roles, skillsets, and industry requirements. Showcase a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates for construction roles. Display exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Maintain a professional demeanor and a results-driven approach to recruitment. Qualifications: 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the infrastructure industry. Utilize various recruitment tools, software, and platforms to streamline hiring processes. Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
