Our Scottsdale attorneys handle sophisticated matters involving general liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, professional liability, bad faith, employment, and other complex civil litigation. Lynn has served as lead counsel in jury trials, arbitrations, appeals, and complex litigation involving wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, employment, and other significant matters.
