Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license or multistate license that is valid to start the assignment. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Candidates must have experience treating post-acute and long-term care populations. Demonstrated ability to document in electronic medical records and complete therapy plans of care. Client requires availability Monday through Friday per facility schedule and adherence to facility policies and procedures. Preferred: previous travel PT experience and familiarity with restorative nursing programs. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days. Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Assignment Length: 14 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week. Meal Break: 30 minutes.
