Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, ensuring evaluations are thorough and tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic techniques to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy, including soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilization, to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective at-home exercise regimes and self-care techniques, facilitating better understanding and adherence.
• In collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals, contribute to interdisciplinary treatment teams aimed at optimizing rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, dealing with chronic pain, and managing acute injuries. The focus will be on crafting individualized interventions that address specific rehabilitation goals, empowering patients to regain strength and function in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating solid foundational knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Full-time employees at New Millennium Pain and Spine receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
