Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite and requires travel to patients' homes in the Vineland area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs through sophisticated evaluation techniques and diagnostic tests.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that utilize a variety of orthopedic-focused techniques aimed at restoring mobility and function.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, along with therapeutic exercises to address acute and chronic conditions.
• Guide and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to achieve their goals by improving strength, flexibility, and overall health.
• Document and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients suffering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited institution.
• A valid and active physical therapy license for the state of New Jersey.
