Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team of imaging specialists dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, providing clear explanations of each procedure
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring practitioners to deliver superior diagnostic imaging
• Skillfully operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Document imaging procedures meticulously and maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record system
• Stay informed on the latest ultrasound techniques and advancements in the field

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
