For additional information, visit us at Job Description: Job Description Role Summary: The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery practices, enabling high-performing teams, removing impediments, and ensuring Scrum principles are effectively implemented across the organization. The role acts as a servant leader to the Scrum Team and collaborates closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including: Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives Backlog Refinement sessions Ensure Scrum events are time-boxed, productive, and outcome-oriented. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog. Coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders. Provide delivery visibility through Agile metrics and reporting. Certifications (Preferred): Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) SAFe Agilist Technical & Functional Skills: Strong understanding of: Scrum Kanban Agile methodologies Lean principles Experience with Agile tools such as: Jira Confluence Knowledge of SDLC, release management, and dependency management. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Preferred Competencies: Servant leadership mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities Excellent stakeholder communication Coaching and mentoring capabilities Adaptability in fast-paced environments Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Methodology.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
