Remote Bilingual Call Center Specialist Patient Scheduling
Community Health Center
Community Health Center is seeking a Call Center Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to both internal staff and external patients. This part-time position requires managing calls effectively, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients receive the help they need with a strong focus on quality service. Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess an Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with 1 year of experience, and have a strong background in customer service.
