Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans to address their concerns.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with varying degrees of emotional and mental health issues, focusing on evidence-based strategies.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring that trust and confidentiality are prioritized.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, working collaboratively to ensure holistic approaches to each student's care.

• Monitor client progress effectively, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and ensuring timely interventions.

• Crisis intervention management—assisting in emergency situations to provide immediate support to those in need.

• Engage with families and support systems to maintain open communication about the student’s progress and challenges.

• Complete required paperwork, including documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization, participating in committees to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve students dealing with major mental health disorders and significant emotional distress. This role emphasizes understanding the unique circumstances faced by children and adolescents in school settings, including social, economic, and cultural factors that impact their mental health. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
