Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' goals, needs, and physical limitations, creating personalized therapy plans.
• Manage a scheduled caseload that allows for one-on-one therapy sessions with each patient, ensuring quality care and attention.
• Utilize your expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to provide effective treatment interventions.
• Document all patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.
• Encourage patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation and motivate them to achieve their functional goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies that promote recovery.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, modifying therapy plans as needed based on patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients needing rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries, as well as individuals managing chronic pain or mobility issues. This diverse patient population requires adaptable treatment strategies that can address a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and age-related mobility challenges.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program, ensuring a robust educational foundation.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating qualifications to practice in California.
• An impeccable professional record with no board or disciplinary actions against your license, reflecting commitment to ethical practice.
• Strong competency in manual therapy techniques, providing hands-on treatment that benefits patients directly.

Compensation and Benefits
