What You'll Do

• Assist in gynecological robotic surgeries in an inpatient OR setting
• Support the surgical team during first assist procedures
• Manage 2-6 surgeries per day, ensuring smooth operation and patient safety
• Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Follow protocols for gynecological procedures and documentation using Cerner/Oracle EMR
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• First Assist Certification with Robot experience required
• BLS/ACLS certification (standard for NP or PA roles)
