What: This role will focus on wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, legal document preparation, and client communication support. When: The firm has an immediate hiring need due to a recent team transition. Where: Marietta, Georgia - fully in-office position located near the courthouse district. Why: The firm is seeking a dependable paralegal to provide continuity and support for a busy estate planning and probate practice. Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience. Position Overview: The Wills, Trusts & Estates Paralegal will support a senior attorney with estate planning, probate administration, trusts, wills, and related legal matters while assisting with client communication and case management responsibilities.
