Customer Service Representative Department: CSR Employment Type: Full Time Location: Hingham, MA A growing residential plumbing, heating, and cooling company in the Hingham and South Shore area is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its call center. You will be the first voice customers hear, book service calls, and keep the schedule full. No call‑center experience required; we will train the right person. Hourly base plus performance bonus, with a realistic on‑target earnings range of $25 to $40 per hour. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and book service appointments at an 85%+ booking rate Handle roughly 20 to 40 inbound calls per day Make 20 to 50+ outbound calls per day to fill the schedule and follow up Keep the dispatch board full and balanced Capture accurate customer and job details in ServiceTitan Deliver a warm, professional first impression on every call Hit individual and team goals tied to bookings and board‑filled percentage Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Friendly, clear phone presence and a customer‑first attitude No prior phone or call‑center experience required; we will train the right person Comfortable with computers; ServiceTitan experience a plus Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy call center Must pass a pre‑employment background check Based on‑site in Hingham, MA #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Right Recruiting
