Key Responsibilities\n

• Consult and collaborate effectively with clients, case managers, and a network of internal and external health providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
