Accredited Medical Assistant - Adult & Pediatric Care

Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate healthcare and patient management in a busy practice setting. Your daily tasks will adapt to meet the evolving needs of the clinic, ensuring excellent patient care and smooth operations.

• Deliver direct patient care and coordinate through delegation, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Provide reassurance, clear education, and guidance to patients.
• Facilitate efficient healthcare delivery during patient visits by preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date medical records. Communicate patient conditions to providers and document thoroughly.
• Support physicians with testing, treatments, minor procedures, and medication management. Arrange necessary patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications. Assist with patient education and ensure understanding of treatment plans and medication use.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed. Carry out additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, full-time (40 hours per week).

This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
