This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive integrated care team. You will benefit from a flexible schedule, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments that take into account the physiological aspects of patients' medical conditions, as well as their psychological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The yearly salary for this position ranges between USD $75,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience.
