Client Success Manager

**Client Success & Account Manager (Remote | Full-Time)**

**Schedule:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

**Location:** Remote

**Employment Type:** Full-Time (Not a short term, looking for serious long term applicants only)

We are seeking an experienced **Client Success & Account Manager** to manage client relationships, oversee Virtual Assistants, ensure service quality, and drive client retention and account growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
* Conduct weekly and monthly client check-ins.
* Build strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
* Manage client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Oversee VAs and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Review and quality-check social media, podcast, and other VA deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and address client or team concerns proactively.
* Maintain accurate client records and provide regular status updates.

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3 **years of experience** in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Client Success, Customer Success, Project Manager, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Experience managing multiple clients, projects and remote team members.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently during EST business hours.
* Proactive.

**Preferred**

* Experience with virtual assistant agencies, marketing agencies, social media, or podcast management.
* Familiarity with tools such as Hubstaff, Basecamp, ghl crm only for messages and calls and slack.
