Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks an Application Analyst to design, configure, and support business systems for cancer detection and treatment platforms. The role involves system upgrades, end-user support, impact analysis of changes, and documentation in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and test upgrades for assigned business systems and low-complexity applications
- Assess impact of requested changes and develop new processes with leadership and business teams
- Serve as primary support contact for end-users; troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Create and maintain technical documentation; guide workflow design and participate in code reviews
- Identify process improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders and software vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years developing or configuring technology solutions in analyst or project delivery role
- Demonstrated understanding of industry best practices
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer proficiency
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
- Active Epic certifications preferred: Prelude, Identity, Eligibility
