Work Environment

This position is onsite within our Surgical Center, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own patient panel while providing support to physicians in overflow situations.
• Engage in a variety of clinical procedures including IUD placements, Nexplanon insertions, endometrial biopsies, and colposcopies (if trained).
• Work in a 100% clinic-based practice with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a dedicated APC council that provides guidance and professional support.
• Participate in leadership training opportunities that foster career development and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physician Assistant in our Surgical Center, you will predominantly serve women’s health needs, working closely with a diverse patient population. This role allows you to develop long-term relationships with your patients, addressing a range of gynecological concerns and wellness visits. You will play an integral part in creating a safe, respectful, and caring environment where patients feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant Certification and an unrestricted State Medical License.
• Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree and graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program; a Master’s Degree in the same field is preferable.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, along with compliance to any state-specific booster mandates.
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective time management are essential.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of clinical experience, preferably within the Obstetrics and Gynecology specialty.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems is advantageous, as it facilitates patient record management and data entry.
• Experience in performing specific procedures such as colposcopies and circumcisions is highly regarded if trained.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between $140,000 and $180,000 annually, paired with an attractive benefits package.
