Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal panel of patients while providing support for physician overflow, ensuring continuity of care.
• Perform a variety of medical procedures, including IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, endometrial biopsies, vulvar biopsies, and colposcopies, provided you possess the necessary training.
• Deliver comprehensive women’s wellness care, addressing diverse needs in the OBGYN spectrum.
• Collaborate closely with attending Medical Doctors to ensure high standards of clinical support and oversight.
• Participate in a supportive APC council designed to facilitate ongoing professional development and engagement within the team.
• Engage in leadership training and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus will be on providing care to women, addressing a wide range of health needs from routine examinations to comprehensive surgical interventions. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Physician Assistant Certification and a Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Physician Assistant studies.
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Nevada and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, complying with all applicable regulations.
• Two or more years of clinical experience, particularly in Obstetrics and Gynecology sectors, is required.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems is preferred to facilitate efficient patient record management.
• Possess strong skills in critical thinking, effective communication, active listening, and decision-making.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a surgical or outpatient clinical setting, specifically handling OB/GYN patients.
• Training in performing specific gynecological procedures such as colposcopies and others mentioned above.
• A proven track record of working effectively within a team-centered environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to USD 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
