Contract Recruiter - Financial Services

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting initiatives across business and corporate functions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent in a fast-paced investment management environment.

Job Function:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation within ATS systems
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide market insights, compensation trends, and recruiting updates to stakeholders
- Support recruiting process improvements and hiring initiatives as needed
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Prior recruiting experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or related industries preferred
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
