Job Details Hospice RN role offering a $15,000 sign‑on bonus, a lucrative 6‑figure salary ( $101,000–$116,800 per year ), Pension & 403B retirement plan, free college tuition, and 4 weeks paid vacation. Full‑time position located in UPTOWN Manhattan. RN will be assigned to a small territory of 3 nearby zones or zip codes and will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Create and follow a plan of care to provide maximum comfort and quality of life. Conduct physical and psychosocial health assessments to develop hospice plans and goals of care. Follow infection control standards as per company policy. Educate patients and families on disease progression, symptom management and medication administration. Collaborate with physicians to titrate medications and update care plans; work with inter‑disciplinary team to develop comprehensive, patient‑centered plans. Assess and recommend medical equipment and supplies, evaluating them for safe use. Coordinate with office staff or vendors for delivery of equipment or supplies; anticipate needs before weekends or holidays and maintain inventory. Act as liaison for GIP/IPU patients in crisis on the hospice inpatient unit when needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications RN with an active NY State RN license in good standing. At least one year of experience in hospice or palliative care, or in medical‑surgical or oncology settings.
